Horizon Europe (HE) is the world's largest research and innovation programme. The programme's overall aim is to support economic growth and solve major societal challenges in Europe. Norwegian companies have full participant rights in the program.

Gunn Astri Hegna Jansen works as an EU advisor in Innovation Norway, Vestfold and Telemark. She wants to contribute to more companies in our county knowing about the program and making use of the opportunities available in HE.

That is why she will sit on the first Tuesday of the month with Kobben at Forskningsparken.

This is a golden opportunity to ask questions about everything you wonder about Horizon Europe, get more detailed information about the program and, not least, get information about how to apply for support. Gunn Astri can also look at parts of your application and make suggestions for focus and content, but she cannot write it for you.

The EU is looking for:

  • Ground-breaking and innovative products, services or business models that can create new markets or change current markets in Europe and globally
  • Companies/projects with international ambitions and the ability to scale up internationally
  • Projects with a need for significant financing, but where the risk is too high for private investors alone to invest
