About Incubator Program Vestfold

Incubator Program Vestfold aims to help entrepreneurs succeed in developing their projects and achieving their goals.

Should you apply?

Yes, you should apply if you:

- have a business idea or project and dream of making a living from it

- are motivated to work hard over time to develop your project

- want to learn about entrepreneurship and gain a network that can help you

- want to start your own business and want to learn about this

What do you achieve during the program?

-Develop your project step by step based on S-E-A-M

- A network of entrepreneurs to help you move forward

- You get to work systematically to develop your project

- Present your work and project to the other participants

- Advice, input, criticism and inspiration from participants and advisors

After the program, you will have a clear plan to further develop your project.

How is the program implemented?

The program starts with a digital introductory session where you get an introduction to methods and tools.

Session number two will be a physical session of 3 hours where you get to know all the participants and we go through the purpose of your project. Then we have a total of 8 online sessions of 90 minutes with two sessions each week, one physical session before we end with another 3-hour physical session where you get to present to fellow entrepreneurs.

In this session, there will also be a co-creation session where you can share your experience of the program and give us advice for the upcoming groups. Between sessions, you are required to work actively on developing your project.

The program has the following sessions

#01 Introduction: Get to know the participants, the method and the tool.

#02 Purpose and presentations: What influences your motivation? Introduce yourself and your project

#03 Resources: How can your resources contribute to competitiveness?

#04 Business idea: What need should you meet, and for whom?

#05 Business model 1 - What does your solution consist of, value proposition and partners.

#06 Business model 2: How to sell and charge

#07 Design thinking and solution interviewing: are you meeting the need?

#08 Goals and Tasks: what goals do you want to achieve and what do you need to do to achieve them?

#09 Forecasting and administration: results, liquidity, financing and formal requirements. #10 Presentations of all projects and co-creation/evaluation

 

This offer is free for all entrepreneurs in Vestfold. You must attend a minimum of 80% of the course; if not, you will receive a fee of NOK 1000.

The programs for 2024 will start on April 2 and September 24, and will run every Tuesday and Thursday for 6 weeks during the day (a mix of physical and digital sessions). The incubator program is facilitated by the entrepreneurial community in Vestfold and held by Entreprenerdy.
